Wild Horse Resources provides management and financial services to the independent energy industry. The company desired a space to accommodate their current staff as well as accommodate growth over the next five years. This tenant improvement project comprised one and one-half floors and includes offices, meeting spaces, break rooms, and open area work spaces.
The design team found inspiration for the design in both rustic lodge and corporate environments. The elevator lobbies and reception display the more rustic characteristics, with custom bronzed metal work and alabaster pendants and wall sconces, custom lit wood slat and beam ceilings, dry stack stones, metallic stone flooring and stained wood desk and display niches.
Prior to move in, the client decided to move forward with the expansion of the remaining half floor to complete their build out of typical office space and meeting areas, which required minor revisions to the full floor.
