This new academic building provides West Liberty University which a substantial new academic resource. The building houses six departments supporting the health sciences program at West Liberty University: chemistry, dental hygiene, medical laboratory sciences, nursing, speech pathology/audiology and physician assistant studies. Among the teaching spaces in the 71,200-square-foot building are a dental lab with 20 student training stations, an instructional lab with an open floor area and the ability to reconfigure teaming for group hands-on learning, and a chemistry lab which features standing height workstations opposite sitting height instrument zones to facilitate research and group activities.
