Project Description

The Hengqin Island Towers are a landmark mixed-use project located within a master planned economic district on Hengqin Island, between Zhuhai and Macau.

The project includes two office towers (40-story and 22-story) connected by a four-story retail podium and served by a three-level basement parking garage. Combined, the towers provide approximately 1.5 million square feet of office space and over 235,000 square feet of retail.

Situated between a mountain and waterway separating Hengqin Island from Macau, the massing of the towers is crafted to maximize views of the mountain to the west and Macau resorts to the east. An appreciation of the outdoor environment and surrounding landscape is incorporated within multiple landscaped roof decks at various levels throughout the office towers and retail podium.
