The 531,000-square-foot Governor George Deukmejian Courthouse includes 31 courtrooms, Los Angeles County agency offices, and supporting retail facilities.
Dyal and Partners (now Dyal Branding & Graphics, A Page Company) was consultant to project architect AECOM and provided design services for the experiential graphics; the wayfinding and signage program for the exterior, interior spaces, courtrooms and secure areas; and specialty building identification graphics.
The nature of the designs for the project were simple, tasteful and timeless. Dyal Branding & Graphics worked within local and state jurisdiction and codes, and coordinated with multiple stakeholder to gain buy-in of the proposed designs.
