Embraer: New Metrics of Success

São José dos Campos, Brazil

Project Description

Working with marketing consultancy Grace Dickerson, Dyal and Partners (now Dyal Branding & Graphics, A Page Company) designed a communications piece for the aerospace company Embraer. Based in São José Dos Campos, Brazil, Embraer is one of the largest aerospace companies in the world, with offices and factories around the globe. “The New Metrics of Success” was part of a continuing series of Embraer communiqués dedicated to helping airlines confront industry challenges.

Creating the brochure, subtitled “Fresh Perspectives on Airline Fleet Strategies,” provided an opportunity for three former teammates to once again collaborate on a project. Page’s Herman Dyal, along with Larry Fuller and David Dickerson, were all former principals of the design firm fd2s and previously had provided branding and graphic design services for a number of firms in the aviation industry, including Embraer. The team led Embraer’s product introductions, wrote multiple white papers and developed a variety of collateral pieces. This most recent project paired Dyal (graphic designer) and Fuller (writer and strategist) with Dickerson, now a noted marketer in this industry.
