Project Description

This project expands on the success of the original campus by adding a new, LEED Silver-certified three-story brick and metal panel building with seven new general purpose classrooms, a new biology lab, and a ~10,000 SF custom “ACCelerator” computer lab / teaching center. Also included are faculty offices and other support spaces.

The second phase of the project includes renovating portions of three existing Phase 1 buildings to expand services to the Sonography and Nursing Simulation programs, revitalize the student services area and repurpose the existing computer learning lab. A new 300-space parking lot supports the increased student population.
