A 60-story apartment and office tower, 321 West 6th Street will bring a vibrant mixed-use development to Austin’s downtown core. Totaling 530,371-square-feet, the building is part of our growing portfolio of towers, including 70 Rainey, 200 West Sixth Street, Broadmoor and Arena Tower in the Austin area alone.
321 West 6th Street’s public facing base includes two levels of retail at the ground floor topped with parking and dedicated office space at levels 12 through 17. Apartments, which will range from studios to three-bedroom units, will occupy the upper sections of the building at floors 20 through 60. Two levels, floors 18 and 19, will have tenant amenities including an indoor and outdoor fitness center, pool deck, gathering and meeting spaces, listening room, media room, pet park and locker room.
