Biography
Marisa Aschettino, born in Connecticut, discovered her love of architecture while traveling the world. She grew increasingly curious about how people experience urban spaces and how the architecture defines the persona of a city.
Marisa focused her undergraduate studies and projects at Catholic University of America (CUA) on experiential buildings tied to their contexts and cultures. She continued her studies at CUA where she obtained dual post-graduate degrees: a Master of Architecture with a concentration in urban design and a Master of Science of Sustainable Design.
Throughout her studies, Marisa continued to travel the world. She credits her international experiences as the inspiration for her dedication to creating designs that impact people’s daily lives and encourage them to engage with their surroundings.
