Lori Foux

Lori Foux IIDA, LEED AP

Associate / Senior Interior Designer

Biography

Lori Foux knew she wanted to help people so she studied medicine at Texas A&M University. After starting out in the field of psychology, Lori made a significant change of direction and returned to school to study interior design. Today, she specializes in healthcare interiors and her career path makes sense when she also shares that as a child, she would design her own dollhouses, using different samples for each room.

Lori finds it very rewarding to leverage her background in science and psychology to assist in understanding the needs of her clients. She creates healthy work environments, healing environments, and intuitive spaces using her specialized knowledge, such as evidence-based design and sensory perception, as tools to create the best design for her clients. As a result, Lori has eight major design awards under her belt and has had an equal number of projects published in design and construction magazines.
