John Garrett Neubauer

John Garrett Neubauer PE

Principal / MEP Engineering Director

Biography

Garrett Neubauer's teammates know that at certain times of the year, he will be arriving to work on Monday mornings toting bins - or truckloads - full of fresh produce from his farm. As a Page Principal and Mechanical Engineering Director, Garrett's talents tie in perfectly with the processes and systems of managing a farm and harvesting its crops.

Additionally, Garrett understands the importance of knowing how things are installed and what it takes to maintain them from the start to finish of a project, as he does all the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical maintenance for the farm buildings and machinery. During the off-season from the farm, Garrett enjoys building custom furniture and is currently building his new workshop at his home northwest of Houston. However, Garrett is adamant about the extent of his interest: "I don't paint and I don’t dry-wall. Let the experts handle it!"

Garrett has extensive project experience in institutional and corporate commercial facilities. His professional engineering and management experience has allowed him to develop a strong foundation in traditional engineering practices while understanding the importance of being able to incorporate the latest innovations in technology and sustainable design. While his personal specialty is the design of HVAC systems, Garrett is also well-versed in overall MEP system requirements.
