Franklyn believes relationships are the key to successful projects, and strives to ensure the free flow of communication in order to expedite the design and construction processes. When he joined Page, he brought nearly two decades of broad experience in problem solving, coordination, sustainability, specifications, detailing, and construction.
He has overseen the delivery of many highly complex, challenging technology projects, and continues to do so at Page. Franklyn's portfolio includes clean space design, gas rooms, chemical storage, tool installations, waste treatment facilities, infrastructure, central utility buildings, and electrical substation/generator facilities. He has managed most project delivery methods including traditional, design-build, and fast track types.
Franklyn received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and is registered to practice in Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
