Owning one of Page’s most diverse portfolios with over 50 completed projects, Daniel Brooks is an architect and principal in Austin with 30 years of professional practice, and he has helped guide and deliver some of Page’s most prestigious projects. His career has encompassed commercial, academic, government, multifamily and sports-related projects ranging from private residences to multi-block mixed use urban developments. Daniel is an expert in the unique demands of highrise design and construction, and currently serves as the project director for several prominent skyscrapers and mixed-use projects underway in downtown Austin and Dallas. These include the Texas Facilities Commission Texas Capitol Complex Phase 1, Block 71 Mixed Use Development, 70 Rainey Street Residential Tower, Travis County’s Ronnie Earle Building in Austin and AMLI Fountain Place Residential Tower in Dallas.
