Biography

Dan’s commitment to developing solutions to challenges in advanced technologies and semiconductor manufacturing has led to a number of game changing innovations. His work on defect reduction and innovative water reclaim and re-use systems has led to industry changing quality and cost saving breakthroughs.

He has shown his expertise in the semiconductor industry through his leadership of industry roadmap and collaboration teams in ultrapure water, UHP chemical and wastewater sectors. He is dedicated to being a strategic innovator and industry leader in process design and project execution.

Dan holds an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He also serves as the Co-Chair of International Roadmap for Device and Systems (IRDS) UPW Yield Enhancement Team, Co-Chair UPW SEMI Standards Team and UP Micro Conference Strategy Team.

In addition to his many industry publications, Dan holds the patent for Reduction of Charging Induced Damage in Photolithography Wet Process.
