Armand has extensive experience in conceptual design, design development, presentation drawings, FF&E specifications, construction drawings, staff management, bid analysis and construction administration. His portfolio also contains projects in the Middle East and around the US as well as design competition experience in Japan, Hong Kong, Serbia and Armenia.
At Page, he has worn multiple hats, serving as a technical designer and project architect for a wide variety of commercial, industrial, government and medical projects. Prior to joining Page, Armand worked for other well-known design firms.
He received two degrees from the University of Houston, a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design.
