User Validation for Award-winning Page Project

The announcement of a planned new tenant in a recently renovated Page project has caught the attention of local media for its uniqueness to the Houston metropolitan market. Page successfully activated the ground level of the historic Esperson building and its vacant retail spaces. The firm also improved connectivity with the tunnel level food court with a new escalator and now, part of the building may become home to a co-working space.

Serendipity Labs is one of the fastest growing co-working networks in the country with over 100 locations in its development pipeline nationwide. A Houston franchiser has planned 12,000 sf on Esperson's ground level that is accessible from both street and tunnel, and up to 20,000 sf on another floor.

Esperson is attracting attention for its ‘architectural bridge’ that connects and unifies the old and new components of the building. By carefully selecting materials to complement and support the existing aesthetic palettes, the design highlights the historical components of the spaces while providing a vibrant contemporary setting. It has already won awards for the renovation.
