Pager to Participate in Denver Emerging Leaders Program

AIA Colorado's Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program (CKLDP) is a competitive program aimed at training the city’s next generation of leaders. Sixteen professionals are selected each year to participate in a nine-month training program focused on entrepreneurship and firm management; teamwork and collaboration; negotiation skills; client development; community leadership and understanding industry trends.

We're please to announce that Pager Michael Reilly has been accepted into the 2018-2019 program. “As a recently licensed architect eager to advance my career and develop leadership skills, I am thrilled to be accepted to the 2018-2019 CKLDP,” he says. “The key components that brought me to the architecture profession were a hunger for lifelong learning, an aspiration to leave a tangible mark on the built environment and a desire to be constantly inspired by the practice of creative co-workers.  My hope is that the CKLDP can elevate all of these passions while developing practice and community leadership skills.”

Michael notes that he is drawn to technical design and to the practice management side of the office: proposal development, client or consultant negotiations and industry positioning. “I feel that there is an infinite amount of learning to be done and am excited to continue my journey as a member of the CKLDP,” he says. “I am especially looking forward to learning from recognized leaders in the industry and eager for the opportunity to discuss such topics with my peers.”
