Page gained three decades of experience when Daniel Wilcox, PE, joined the Page/imes’ science and technology team as Process Engineering Director. He brings deep knowledge to the firm in the field of advanced technologies and semiconductor manufacturing through his prior roles as a facilities engineering manager, a process engineer and a design engineer.

Dan’s commitment to developing solutions to the industry’s challenges has led to a number of game changing innovations. His work on defect reduction and innovative water reclaim and re-use systems has led to industry changing quality and cost saving breakthroughs. Dan has shown his expertise in the semiconductor industry through his leadership of industry roadmap and collaboration teams in ultrapure water, UHP chemical and wastewater sectors.

Dan holds an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Six Sigma Black Belt certification. He also serves as the Co-Chair of International Roadmap for Device and Systems (IRDS) UPW Yield Enhancement Team, Co-Chair UPW SEMI Standards Team and UP Micro Conference Strategy Team. In addition to his many industry publications, Dan holds the patent for Reduction of Charging Induced Damage in Photolithography Wet Process.

At Page, Dan will be dedicated to being a strategic innovator and industry leader in process design and project execution.
