Page Reveals Design Niche: Luxury Residences

After two decades of quietly designing select luxury residences, the secret is out thanks to publications like The Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. Several Page employees have been leveraging their passion for residential design and are now placing examples of their work online for all to see.

Page is officially announcing that Senior Principal Larry Speck, Principal Wendy Dunnam Tita and Designer Justin Sabatini are the key members of Houses, a niche Page market for the design and renovation of luxury single family and condominium residences. Over the years, they have specialized in unique design features and challenging project sites.

By launching a boutique website at pagehouses.com, the team will bring its national portfolio to a wider audience of potential homeowners and developers. The site will include projects featured in Architectural Digest such as House on Turtle Creek and The New York Times such as the Torcasso Residence. Another project, Concrete House, is highlighted in a forthcoming book currently in production on Texas houses.

The team includes Larry Speck, an award-winning architect and educator, who considers the impact that residences have on people’s lives. Wendy Dunnam Tita is an interior architect who meets clients’ needs and goals with creative, elegant solutions that include final details such as furnishings and artwork. Justin Sabatini brings his artistic skills to bear on his architectural process, carefully considering the interaction between houses with their owners and their environments.

Collectively, the design team has over 50 years of experience in creating and implementing visions for new houses as well as bringing the spirit of older homes into today's technological world through thoughtful renovations. Three residences are currently in the design process and the Page Houses team continues to accept select commissions.
