Page Among 2018 Top 100 Interior Design Giants

The annual Interior Design Giants rankings have been released and Page is in the Top Thirty. The firm is typically included each year.

As part of the rankings process, each firm completes a survey sharing insights into their prior year. Page has seen an increase in opportunities to partner with non-profits and has found that while contributing to community assets, designing these spaces provides a “soft exposure” to many potential clients that collaborate with the non-profit.

Page also shared with Interior Design Magazine the firm is seeing a significant increase in the number of large corporations moving to our communities, especially Dallas and Denver. As hubs of logistics, distribution and technology both cities are primed for additional growth.

Generally, we are seeing an increased number of mixed-use developments in multiple markets; this trend is promising for us as it combines our expertise in corporate, hospitality and housing. We have also seen a shift in client organizations as younger generations take on leadership roles.

Several projects completed in 2017 that contributed to Page's ranking include The Center for BrainHealth's Brain Performance Institute, RagingWire Data Center and the Texas Capitol Complex for which Page also completed the master plan.

This first installment of the two-part annual business survey of Interior Design Giants comprises the 100 largest firms ranked by interior design fees for the 12-month period ending December 31, 2017. These include all types of interiors work, all aspects of a firm's interior design practice, from strategic planning and programming to design and project management and fees paid to a firm.
