Meet Jen Bussinger
Page welcomes back Jen Bussinger, a successful interior designer who has rejoined Page as an Interior Design Director. She brings an extensive portfolio of nearly two decades of commercial interiors environments from corporate headquarters for technology companies to university spaces, healthcare and law offices to the firm. Bussinger is known for combining strong management skills with an ability to understand what clients truly need and an accomplished design sense.
These traits have served Bussinger well on notable projects such as the headquarters for Texas Monthly Magazine, a regional office for Tableau Software, and the Yodle, Inc. facility. Her typical client roster includes CEOs, building owners, commercial brokers, and facilities directors seeking commercial interiors that function well, make users feel good, and maximize return on investment.
Her expertise incorporates all aspects of interior design including feasibility studies, conceptual design development, space planning, alternative officing strategies, and stacking analysis. She is accomplished at finish and furniture selection, including custom furniture, millwork and artwork. Additionally, as a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, Bussinger begins planning energy efficient aspects of design as soon as a project concept is introduced.
She previously worked for Page, then known as PageSoutherlandPage, for seven years. During that time, Bussinger played a key role on several high-profile Page projects including the Oklahoma State University Alumni Center, the Robert E. Johnson, Sr. Legislative Office Building, the CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) Financial Services Group and the Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody Law Offices.
Although she has spent the majority of her career based in Texas, Bussinger graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies. She began her professional career in the Midwest before moving to Austin to join Page.
