Helping Veterans Carry The Load

Each year, employees in the Page Dallas office have honored Memorial Day by participating in the annual Carry The Load Memorial Walk, an event dedicated to remembering, honoring and celebrating our nation's heroes. In addition to acknowledging our colleagues who are military veterans and volunteer rescue personnel, our support also resonates with Pagers who have relatives or friends serving our country.

This year, Pagers in other offices across the US lent their financial support through the purchase of Page-designed Carry The Load shirts to help increase the total funds raised by the firm. More than $9,000 was given to support organizations around the country that work towards helping veterans in need.

The firm initially began its involvement in this annual fundraiser through one of its clients, which is a recipient affiliate of the memorial walk. The University of Texas at Dallas Brain Performance Institute serves veterans, among others, including those being treated for traumatic injuries. They carry out their mission in their Page-designed facility just south of Dallas Love Field Airport.

This year's team captain was JT (Justin) Hevrin who solicited the support of the other Page offices. Thanks go to all Pagers who helped honor our veterans.
