Design for new HSLECJ has courtroom, law library at heart of school

The Houston Independent School District, one of the largest school districts in the nation, has posted images from its recent design charrette for its new High School for Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement. Page and DLR Group are working with students, staff and community members to develop a site plan. While the school is deliberately located in close proximity to the Houston Police Department’s South Central station, which can serve as a resource to students in the magnet school’s criminal justice program, Page is more than familiar with the station as the design architect.
