COVID-19 Updated Implementation Policies

As we indicated in our previous communication, our highest priority is the health, safety and well-being of our employees, their families, our clients, our communities, and those with whom we work. We have and will continue to monitor the various guidelines and requirements in our communities and across the country recognizing that the public is very concerned about the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). In response, while continuing to meet our clients’ needs, Page has updated our COVID-19 implementation policies as summarized below:

As of Tuesday, March 17th, Page has transitioned to a largely remote work environment through March 31st. We will adjust this timeline as the various guidelines and requirements change.

While working remotely we are committed to observing normal business hours and encouraging a “business as usual” mentality to help continue to meet our project and clients’ needs. Our firm has deployed a number of strategies over the past few years to allow our projects to be serviced remotely for just this type of work environment. These systems have been stress tested, have been used previously and are currently in use companywide and have proven reliable for audio, written and visual communications and for our work delivery.  We are maintaining momentum in delivery of our design and construction phase services by utilizing Zoom and other video conferencing platforms, our VOIP telephone system, cell phones, email, our VPN and various other tools within our IT infrastructure. Necessary on-site construction phase services will be closely coordinated with client and construction contractor COVID-19 protocols. Our goal is to provide our clients with the same level of engagement and hands on communication that they have come to expect from our Page Team.  Don’t hesitate to continue to reach out to your Page contacts as we continue “business as usual”.

Our Project Managers and Project leaders are in constant communication with their respective project teams virtually to meet our project schedules. They are available to meet any of our clients’ needs.

Our commitment is and remains to keep our most valuable resource, our people, safe. In times like these, Page’s core values: Creativity, Collaboration, Commitment don’t just define how we deliver our services, but become the mantle of our brand promise: design that makes lives better.
