Bike to Work Day
June is Bike Month in Colorado and the 25th of the month is Bike to Work Day. Page staff in the Denver office walked the walk, er, rode the ride to show their support of sustainability in their jobs and their community. Colorado also encourages people to walk to work or use public transportation across the state during this time to educate commuters about the benefits of using two wheels to get to work. This event represents a grassroots effort that started more than 25 years ago in the city of Boulder.
