70 Rainey: Highrise Condo Breaks Ground
Our 70 Rainey Street project broke ground to much excitement. The Page team turned out to support the project and Larry Speck spoke to the large crowd in attendance, noting how the project embraces both the incredible views and its historic neighborhood. 70 Rainey is a dynamic blend of sophisticated elegance and laid back informality and warmth. The crisp, finely detailed 34-story residential tower is sheathed predominantly in glass curtain wall, providing each of the 164 condos with panoramic views of the Colorado River, the Austin skyline and the Hill Country beyond while also reflecting the ever-changing light and color of the big Texas sky.
