2400 Nueces Featured in AEGB Sustainability Case Study
Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) has featured 2400 Nueces as a case study of a 4-star facility in their latest e-newsletter. 2400 Nueces is a 304 unit mixed-use student apartment building featuring panoramic views across UT Austin's West Campus and Hill Country and includes 10% affordable S.M.A.R.T. (Safe, Mixed-Income, Accessible, Reasonably-priced, Transit-Oriented) units. Townhome units with street access line the west side while the building lobby and the University's International Student Office engage pedestrian traffic to the east and south. Page played four roles on the project team: architect, civil engineer, sustainability and commissioning.
